By creating an account or subscribing to StreamVista, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service description
StreamVista provides access to a streaming platform offering live channels and on-demand content over the internet. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe. By subscribing, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
- Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly or yearly).
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard.
- Prices are displayed in USD and may include local taxes where applicable.
4. 7-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used. Contact billing@streamvista.app within the 7-day window.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell or redistribute your account credentials.
- Exceed the maximum number of simultaneous connections allowed by your plan.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including circumventing geoblocks where prohibited.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape or extract content from the platform.
Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.
6. Content & third-party rights
All channels and VOD content are licensed from third-party providers. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license. No rights to record, redistribute or publicly display the content are granted.
7. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Occasional maintenance, regional restrictions or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect access. We do not guarantee availability of any specific channel at any given time.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamVista's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn.
