StreamVista ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email, display name, country and avatar (if provided).
- Billing data: processed entirely by our PCI-DSS certified payment partner (Stripe). We never store your card number.
- Service data: subscription status, plan, connections used, invoice history.
- Technical data: IP address, device type and basic logs, used solely to prevent fraud and abuse.
2. How we use your data
- Provision and maintain your subscription.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, renewal reminders, support).
- Detect fraud, abuse or violations of our Terms of Use.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
3. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion for legal and accounting purposes. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax law.
4. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
- Right to access and obtain a copy of your data.
- Right to rectification or erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to restrict or object to processing.
- Right to data portability.

5. Security
All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms. Payment data is tokenized and never reaches our servers.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising cookies.
7. Children
StreamVista is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
